A 24×7 website assistant for E&E Solutions
It answers visitors' questions about your monitoring systems, NABL lab and projects using only the content on enggenv.com and your product manuals. When a visitor needs a quote or a site-specific answer, it collects their contact details and emails them to your sales team.

What it does
All 12 product lines, the NABL lab, IT services, projects and FAQs. It says so when it doesn't know, instead of guessing.
For quotes, site-specific needs or service requests, it collects name, email and mobile number and emails them to sales instantly.
Maps the visitor's need (stack, boundary, borewell, ETP…) to the right E&E product and model.
No prices, no promises about regulatory approval, no competitor talk. The rules are set by E&E.
Adding it to enggenv.com
The assistant works on any website, whatever it's built with. Your web team pastes one line just before the closing </body> tag on every page (or once in the site template):
<script src="https://vivekbhugra2007-lab.github.io/ene-chatbot-demo/ene-chat.js" defer></script>
That's all. A red chat button appears in the bottom-right corner. It loads in an isolated container, so it won't affect your site's design.
Before going live
- E&E reviews the knowledge base: a few figures on the website contradict each other, and a couple of points need confirming (for example, OWQA's measured parameters).
- E&E chooses which email address(es) receive chatbot leads.
- Your web team adds the one-line snippet to the site.
